Our engineering staff is comprised of senior engineers, project managers and software engineers. The team has an average of four years software experience developing commercially successful products. All team members hold university degrees, up to Master's degrees.

Sreekumar has more than 20 years of experience managing successful Indian firms. He is a graduate of the Trivandrum College of Engineering, one of India's most prestigious engineering schools.

Vinay has been with ICE for more than 10 years in a wide range of engineering and management positions. He has more than 15 years experience developing software and managing software teams. In addition to his tenure at ICE, he has worked for Infosys in Bangalore and the USA.

Bruce has been active in business management for over thirty years. He brings to ICE extensive experience in logistics, planning and human resource management.

Previous to his role at ICE, Jeff held several technical support positions in web firms in Vancouver for clients requiring Linux and Perl support. Jeff has more than seven years experience in the software design field.
